Now, this is not your fake email corporate job. We like to work hard and get results. We think we are most fulfilled when we work hard.
RelayCam is jobsite photo documentation for contractors — roofers, painters, GCs who lose half their photos between the truck and the office. You'll spend most of your day on the phone with them, and we want that to actually sound good to you.
Some of that is inbound, leads who just filled out a form or self signed up and want to talk now. A lot is outbound, dialing owners and ops managers who didn't wake up thinking about software. You'll live in in a CRM and dialer, and whatever tool we see best to set you up for success.
We're growing nicely right now, and you'll be close enough to the numbers to watch it compound in real time, not read about it in a deck.
We also move fast. If a customer on a call mentions a feature they need, you relay it and it's not unusual for that to ship by end of day or end of week. What you hear on the phone can show up in the product before you've even logged the call notes.
The Gig:
Work inbound leads as they land
Run outbound call blocks, dailyRole-play with Kyle constantly — openers, objections, tone — until it's automatic
Get measurably better every week, not just busier
What we're looking for:
Coachable, you take feedback and actually use it, no ego about it
A good attitude, even after the fifth hang-up of the morning
Comfortable being on the phone most of the day
A sense of humor helps too
35K–$65K OTE, We wanted to put something here. This will likely depend very much on your effort and trend upward as the business decision we make will have nice tailwinds for you
One honest note on fit: if you're mainly here to personally maximize cash as fast as possible, this probably isn't your best option and there are seats/jobs built for that, and this isn't one of them. But if you want to be somewhere your voice actually counts, where what you hear on the phone shapes the roadmap, the pricing, how we talk about ourselve, well we might just be your huckleberry.
We expect to add more sales roles and AE jobs in the coming months, so there's real room to grow with us, not just alongside us. And should your interests change, we'll gladly help make intros where we can to find you a new gig.
We're lean, we're close, and we'd rather hire someone easy to be around than someone with the perfect résumé. So what do you think? Would you like to climb aboard?
