RelayCam is jobsite photo documentation for contractors — roofers, painters, GCs — built on React Native/Expo, Next.js, Firebase Auth, and MongoDB Atlas. We move fast, and we mean it: if a customer mentions something on a call Tuesday, it can plausibly be live by Thursday.

This isn't a "learn to use Copilot" role. You already build with Claude, Codex, Cursor, or whatever's fastest that week, orchestrating agents, reviewing their output like a senior engineer would, and shipping decisions instead of just typing code. Judgment matters more than keystrokes.

You should be fluent in the latest and coolest stuff, not just aware it exists. Tell us your favorite skills, agent loops, orchestration setups, harnesses — the tools and tricks you'd geek out about over coffee. We want to hear the specifics!

You:

Treat AI as a first-class collaborator in your workflow, not an autocomplete
Go from idea to production without waiting on process that doesn't exist here
Own outcomes, not tickets — small team means you'll touch product, infra, and live customer bugs in the same week
Have real taste for when to trust the model's output and when to override it
Stay on the edge of what's new — new agent frameworks, new harnesses, new ways of working — and actually try them, not just bookmark them
